It’s summer time and it’s the main season for fresh fruits and berries.
Why you shouldn't be afraid of eating fruit.

Fruit is high in sugar, yet it helps you to lose weight. How so?

Whole fruits are one of the most appropriate foods for the human body due to the abundance of the nutrients the human body needs to rejuvenate, restore and detox itself. 

One of the greatest nutrients whole fruits contain is fiber.

Unfortunately, fiber is typically under-consumed by the average American. Fiber helps reduce risk of heart disease, diabetes and several cancers. 

The array of micronutrients and phytochemicals stored in them  helps to reduce fat accumulation and promotes gut ecology. 

By consuming fruits you obtain large quantities of essential micronutrients without consuming massive amount of food.

The areas of the world that have a disproportionately high rate of active centenarians -eat a significant portion of the daily calories from fruit. 

Be mindful that eating processed fruits( juices/canned fruits) can lead to weight gain, since they often are stripped of their satiety-inducing fiber, as well as refined sugar and modified nutrients can be added which turns such product into junk food. all information above refers only to whole fruits and fresh juices made out of them.
